RTA Gel / PCR Purification Kit is designed for the rapid recovery of DNA fragments from agarose gels and for the rapid purification of PCR products by removal of agarose, ethidium bromide, primers, dNTPs, enzymes, salts and other contaminants. DNA fragments larger than 50 bp can be efficiently purified (up to %95 depending on the concentration and the length of DNA). The mean purity of isolated genomic DNA, determined by the A260/A280 ratio is in between 1.7 and 1.9.
