biotical Salmonella card is a rapid immunochromatography test for the qualitative detection of Salmonella antigens in stool samples and suspicious colonies of Salmonella in stool culture. Thanks to its easy handling and high sensitivity, the healthcare professional is able to make a presumptive diagnosis of Salmonella infection (salmonellosis) and it could be used to identify suspected Salmonella isolates from a selective medium (stool culture).
