RTA Viral DNA Isolation Kit is designed to get highly purified DNA from viruses in serum or plasma samples, offers a high degree efficiency, and is practical and affordable for use in both research and diagnostic clinical laboratories. Protocol can be completed in 20-25 minutes. 200 μl serum or plasma sample is sufficient for a single test. The purified viral DNA is suitable for use in downstream applications such as PCR, Real-Time PCR, Southern Blot, hybridization studies, genotyping or sequencing.
